Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Web Site.These terms rule all purchases that are made by customers through the online-shop of Yourselftests. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them in advance of completing your order.


Please note that by using this Web Site and ordering any items from Yourselftests.com, you are agreeing to understand and accept our terms and conditions.


1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This page (together with the documents expressly referred to on it) tells you information about Lintor Ltd. ("We" and  "Us") and the legal terms and conditions (together the "Terms") on which we will supply the products you wish to order through our Web Site.

These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the supply of the products, you have recently ordered  to the address, you chose processing your purchase. (Contract). 

When We refer in these Terms to "in writing", this will include e-mail.

When We refer in these Terms to "Working Days" we mean a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in the United Kingdom, when banks are open for business. 

These Terms, and any Contract between you and us, are only in the English language.

If We have to contact you or give you notice in writing, We will do so by e-mail or by pre-paid post to the address you provide to us in your order. 


3.Privacy and How We Use your personal information

Your privacy is very important to us and we comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

We will use the information you give to provide you with any products or services you have requested through Our Web Site. 

Your personal information will not be shared with any organisation other than those directly involved in delivering the services you have requested through Our Web Site. Your contact details will be provided to delivery couriers to ensure an efficient delivery. 

We require the following information from you in order that We may process and supply your order: title, first name, last name, , house/flat number, street address, city and postcode, gender, date of birth, country of birth and where possible your phone number and your email.


You can check our Privacy Policy page and we advise you to read it carefully, as it explains how we process your personal information and includes important terms which will apply to you as a customer of our Web Site.

4. Placing an order

By making a purchase and continuing to use this site, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement.

To place an order from Us, you will have to;

- select the products you wish to buy and complete your order;

- provide the necessary details to enable us to process your order and provide the requested products;

- complete the required online payment process.

Acknowledging your order. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that We have received your order.

How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we get noticed that we have received the payment for your order. The Contract between You and us will be formed when we send you a confirmation that we have Dispatched the requested products, ordered through our Web Site.

When we cannot accept your order. If We are unable to supply the products you wish to buy. We will inform you of this by your chosen contact method and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible but in any event within 14 days.

5. Delivery

All deliveries are made via third party courier companies, for this reason once an order has been dispatched, we must be aware of any issues or changes made to deliveries. 


If any changes are made by the customer to the delivery date or address directly with the courier company, We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences which may be caused. We strongly advise that no changes are made to the delivery by the customer with the courier company.

If a delivery has not been received within the time frame advised by Yourselftests.com get in contact with us at your earliest, and we will then be able to assist you with locating the delivery.

Please be aware that although most UK orders are sent via a next day delivery service, we cannot always guarantee that delivery will be made the next day. 

We will not be responsible for any delays outside our control. If our supply is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may Contact Us to cancel the order and receive a refund for anything you have recently paid for, but not received.

Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, Saturday deliveries are available upon request and additional charges will apply.


In the unlikely event that there is a defect with the products, please Contact Us immediately and We will  make sure that you receive new proper testing products as soon as possible.


6. Our right to make changes


We may amend these Terms from time to time, usually to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. When we make significant changes to the terms, we will notify you. If there is something you do not agree with, you may then Contact Us to review your order and discuss the problem. 

 Every time you wish to make an order, please check these Terms and Conditions in case of any changes, to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. We take care to ensure that all information available on our website is accurate and regularly updated.



7. Canceling an order

Cancellations can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

Exceptions are being made when:

We have told you about an upcoming significant change to the terms which you do not agree to.

We have told you about an error in the price or description of the product(s) you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed.

We have suspended the supply of the order for technical reasons


Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. You have 14 days after you receive a confirmation that the order has been dispatched. If you change your mind after you have received your order, you must pay us for any costs incurred or commited by us in performance of the services provided up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind. You also have to send the products back to us in the way you have received them.

8. Errors/Claims

On receipt of your order you should check the contents immediately. If you have any queries regarding the contents or feel there may be an error with your order you must contact a member of our team immediately. If any of the contents are damaged or missing we must be informed of this within 24 hours from receipt of your order. Any claims made after this time may be dismissed.


We will not accept returns or process any refunds for products unless these have been sent to you in error.

9. Pricing

All prices listed are in euro (EUR). Although we take care to ensure that pricing information is always accurate, prices for certain products can change regularly. 

If a pricing error has been made or goods are no longer available you will be notified of this by phone or email. If you have placed an order and the product is no longer available at the listed price you will have the option to cancel your order without any charge or to continue with your order at the new price. The price of the product(s) includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being.


10. Storage

Most medical products have special storage requirements. It is the responsibility of the customer to open and check all storage instructions for the testing products s as soon as the order has been received. 

Certain packaging and materials will be used to keep the items cool and within the recommended guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges must be made in advance.
